Minced Beef Steak

Hey ho!! me back, after several failed attempts on writing on what's been in my head.

Last week I'd tried this new recipe I've eavesdropped from my co-worker. A basically beef steak, but instead of using whole meat, this recipe calls for minced meat. Suitable for Indonesian taste, even my dad said it yummy. Here we go,

Ingredients:

• 300 gr minced meat


• 2 tbs bread crumbs


• 1 giant union, chopped


• 1/2 tsp nutmeg powder


• 1 tsp pepper powder


• 1 egg


• 2 tbs butter

Additional :

• a pinch of pepper


• 100 ml water


• a pinch of maizena


• Sweet soy ketchup

Mix well all the ingredients, leave alone the butter for frying. Make the mixture into burger meat shape and fry it one by one with butter.

When all the meat is cooked (based on your own preferences: done, well done) add 100 ml water (or broth if you like), a pinch of pepper and maizena, cook until thickened. Add sweet ketchup if you like.

Serves well with mixed vegetables.

Since long people keep on asking me why I'm such a geek if it come to Spain and all its phernalia. I am usually just smiling and give them cliche answer, as for me short story can't do justice :)

But long story short, one thing that pull the trigger is this song and clip, beautifully performed by Andrea Corr and Alejandro Sanz in Una Noche, a spanish version of previously aired One Night. N a picture of Alejandro stayed in my wallet for such a long time until my current boyfriend gave me a photo, well.. So I decided just to replaced it.

But Alejandro still is a model for what a perfect guy for me, so does his home land. One day, I wish I can pay him a visit and listen to him playing me a song. hahahahaha... Still I'm so naive :p

I don't recognised many people has anything to say about this Jpop ballad song, but I'm not one of them for sure. This song was very famous during the airing of dorama - Japanese drama, mostly TV series, named Kamisama Mou Sukhosi Dake. This dorama too is highly recommended, starring Takeshi Kaneshiro and kyoko Fukada.

Today I present you Jesus To A Child, one of the most beautiful George Michael's song. This deep melancholic song is a tribute to his late Brazilian lover Anselmo Feleppa whom died two years later because of AIDS related sickness. And this song is also a coming back breakthrough after his long mourning.

For me, Jesus To A Child has a special place in my heart, yeahh.. for several personal reasons you might not want to know. I hope you can get something meaningfull in the lyrics, or enjoy the melodies anyhow. Cheers..

Hi, there. I'm back. With a new video recommendation. You must have already seen this movie, haven't u? Yup, Up. By Pixar. It was released on May 29th, 2009. If you haven't, I suggest you rushing to the nearest DVD store, buy yourself this cartoon movie (you should consider put it on your original DVD collection, for sure) than watch it on your leisure time with a bucket of cheesy buttery melt import popcorn.
It's really a movie worth to watch. make you laugh and cry over our own life. The sadness and sorrow on adult life was beautifully captured by this colourfull cartoon. I won't bother spoiling it with a synopsys. But believe me, it worth. Enlighting.

As they march on, Diego maradona's boy were all leading the match. Unlike their previous match against Nigeria, this time they took advantage of their offensive opportunities early and often. It were Messi and other teammate genious passing that give Higuain chance to wrote a history rarely happen in World Cup since Gabriel Batistuta's similar success against Jamaica in a group match in the Parc des Princes in 1998. This was - dare we say it? - great fun, at last. Los Maradonianos, as the fans are calling them, were brilliantly playful. Only Germany has displayed as potent or committed an attack ;p. The whole world must be outstunned with the lost Spain have to faced in their opening match of the World Cup 2010. Gelson Fernandes of Switzerland scrambled the ball in to the net at the beginning of the second half, condemn La Furia Roja to a humbling loss. With all the big name in the squad, no one has ever wonder how the European Champions had managed to lose the match. These three are whom I considered the best goalkeeper in the world. Some of you maybe just disagree because there're some names with immense ability and endless presticious titles. But I've never seen them playing, so I put them aside.
Among the three, I choose the man on the bottom to be on top of my list. He, the only one with no handsome boyish figure, or adoring blue ocean eyes. Sekilas tentang Gay

Gay. Yup..gay. Pernah dengar kan kata ini? atau bahkan sering mendengarnya, dan semakin sering melihat subjeknya. Ya. Pria yang senang sejenis, itu bahasa singkatnya.
Belakangan saya makin sering bersinggungan dengan pria-pria 'jenis' ini. Dari yang hanya sekedar membicarakan, sampai melihat langsung. Dari pria tak dikenal hingga teman sendiri. Dari yang memang terlihat gemulai sampai yang terlihat jantan sempurna. Name it..

Fenomena ini membuat saya jengah dan menarik nafas panjang. Hati saya selalu bertanya, 'kenapa?' Saya tidak habis pikir. Bawaan alamiahkah? Cobaan Tuhan yang menganugerahkan mereka kelebihan, kali ini kelebihan esterogen. Trauma? seperti yang banyak dikemukakan oleh mereka saat diwawancara, karena broken homelah, trauma pelecehan seksuallah. Salah pergaulankah? Atau malah tren?

Yang jelas, setiap kali melihat mereka, saya sangat menyayangkan pilihan hidup yang mereka ambil.

Random Thought of Living Human

I was just thinking, about how we, human. Grow this fast covering almost every surface of the world, that this earth seems to meet its limit of supporting us. About how we, human. Scattered all over the world, we have to perished another God creation in need to feed our mouthes, to build us shelters.
Countinuing existence in our term is only refer to us. Human. The most honorable of God creation. There's no animal, no plant in it. Selfish.

I was just thinking, it's a shame to be human like this.

Kebiasaan saya setiap berangkat kerja adalah mengenakan earphone dan menyetel musik kencang-kencang sepanjang perjalanan. Earphone tersebut tidak akan saya lepas sebelum saya duduk manis di meja kerja. Kebiasaan ini sudah dikenal oleh rekan-rekan kantor, sehingga mereka tidak lagi bersusah payah mengajak saya ngobrol di lift dengan resiko saya cuekin, seperti yang dikeluhkan oleh beberapa orang yang baru mengenal saya ataupun bagi rekan biro lain. Buat sebagian besar orang, kebiasaan saya ini dianggap melambangkan sikap sombong dan tak ingin kenal sekitar, tapi buat saya ini adalah waktu untuk mempersiapkan mood saya menghadapi jam kerja yang begitu padat. Sebuah kebiasaan yang menjadi keharusan, menjadi satu bagian dengan jadwal kerja saya.

Well, begitu pentingnyakah mendengar lagu sebelum bekerja bagi saya? Lagu-lagu apa yang saya dengarkan? itu sepaket lengkap pertanyaan yang dulu sering dikemukakan oleh rekan-rekan kantor. Dan pertanyaan itu membuat saya menyempatkan diri melongok ke dalam telepon selular (dulu ipod) tempat saya menyimpan lagu-lagu andalan. Dan inilah beberapa lagu yang sudah hampir 4 tahun menemani perjalanan pagi saya menuju kantor:

Learning Macro ( With a Prosumer )

Sejak saya punya kamera yang bukan kamera saku beberapa waktu lalu, saya perhatikan ternyata saya getol sekali memfoto objek tunggal berfokus dekat aka foto makro. Saya melakukan ini bukan tanpa alasan. Salah satunya adalah fotografi jenis ini lebih mudah dibanding foto lansekap atau foto multi objek lainnya. Bagaimana tidak? Intinya hanyalah menghasilkan komposisi optimal dari sebuah objek saja, yang tentunya bisa lebih kita atur. Bandingkan dengan memfoto objek bergerak yang momentnya bisa muncul kapan saja, atau foto lansekap yang mengharuskan kita memilih angle dengan teliti agar semua objek yang tertangkap lensa bisa berpadu harmonis. Suatu hal yang tidak gampang dipelajari tentunya.

Ini bukan berarti saya tidak mau belajar fotografi jenis lain, tetapi saya memilih untuk mendalami dulu makro, sehingga paling tidak saya sudah menghasilkan beberapa foto yang ciamik, sehingga nanti pada saat saya belajar foto lansekap (yang saya duga hasilnya tidak akan bisa mengalahkan bahkan foto pacar saya yang sebenarnya juga baru belajar) saya tidak akan terlalu malu hati.
